ENS 2014 International Scholarships

Each year, the ENS organizes an international selection allowing about thirty of the most promising international students, either in Science or in Humanities, to follow a two or three-year course at the ENS. They receive a monthly stipend of approximately 1,000 euros and benefit from an accommodation on the ENS campus.

PNGAbout the ENS: The École normale supérieure (ENS) is an elite higher education institution for advanced undergraduate and graduate studies, and a prestigious French research center. Unique among France’s grandes écoles for its training in the humanities and sciences, the ENS prepares its students for their role as future leaders in every imaginable professional field: in research, media, public service and private industry.

The ENS is ranked #28 in QS World University Rankings 2013-2014, and #65 among the top 200 world universities - the first in France - in the Times Higher Education Ranking 2013-2014. It encompasses 14 teaching and research departments, spanning the main humanities and sciences disciplines, and offers 60 master’s programs and 23 doctoral programs.

Université de Lyon 2014 International Scholarships

For the 2014/2015 academic year, Université de Lyon is offering 60 scholarships for international students having a high-level academic record and willing to join one their Master’s degree programs. Scholarships are of 400 or 800 euros per month, and are awarded for a 10-month period.

Programs are offered in fields as varied as Biosciences, Physics and Chemistry, Nanoscale Engineering, Public Policy, Infectious Disease, and more.

It gathers: 130,000 students, 11,500 teachers and researchers, 5,700 PhD students, and has 180 public laboratories.
